What do you need to know before starting your drive
If you or a relative has to be transported in connection with a medical
examination, because this trip cannot be executed privately, you will need patient transport (for example by the
order of your attending physician). Transport services, which will arrange without an agreement with your
health insurance, must be paid from your pocket in the worst chase. Therefore,
clarify firstly with your health insurance if it bears the expenses.
We cannot do great things - just small, but with a lot of engagement.
Fees
You are
bearing the additional payment according to § 61 (Fünftes Buch Sozialgesetzbuch
(SGB V)) in the amount
of maximum 10.00 Euros, yet within your capability to § 62 SGB V. Further

Transparency is important to us
Our company strives to meet all deadlines on time; however, pick-ups
from doctors, dialysis or outpatient treatment in hospitals can only be planned
to a limited extent. That may cause a
waiting time of usually 30 minutes for our patients. Despite well-structured
scheduling plans, there may be longer waiting times due to traffic. Our order
processing ensures that you will be informed about the delay as soon as
possible..
Documents
which documents are required?
The
driver of the ambulance service needs a medical prescription to settle with
your health insurance:
Your transport note must contain:
- Your name, address and date of birth
- Address of the health insurance
- if necessary: number of the exemption card
- Your signature
- The medical prescription
